A sip of a Riesling, somewhere along the Route de Vins in Alsace as a student, led to a lifelong love affair with wine. That initial sip ignited a spark that led to the WSET Diploma in wine and spirits and a long career, working with wine retailers, hoteliers and the top restaurateurs in Ireland. Along the way I kept sipping and exploring and developed a finely-tuned understanding of the Irish food and wine scene.
