Laura Peterson has worked in wine for almost 20 years and is a well-known figure in the Irish Wine trade. She achieved the WSET Diploma in 2004, which was the beginning of a lifetime love of wine. A lover of the classics, Laura has enjoyed exploring the evolution of biodynamic and natural wines over the last few years. She has an innate curiosity and energy and a boundless enthusiasm to get things done! Her favourite down-time treat is a fireside chat, with good friends, good wine and comforting home-cooked food.
